This is hands down the best rehabilitation and recovery place in all of Washington state!!!! I went through their program and they not only gave me the tools to fight my alcoholism but they also focused on me as a person and my life. They helped me to identify the "Why?" I was drinking through outstanding counselors and very informative group sessions. I was able to identify and make plans to correct the areas of my life that either directly or indirectly affected my ability to stay sober. All of the staff are very friendly, understanding, caring, and knowledgeable people. I chose DR from the top of a Google search, but I’m so glad I went there for treatment. From the moment I first called, every person I encountered who was employed by DR was caring, understanding and helpful. The room was one that had been remodeled and it was like a very nice hotel room. The chef cooked yummy meals, I even got to pick out sloppy joes for a meal before I graduated. The classes and counseling are educational and enlightening. You have an addiction counselor and a mental health counselor, along with the Dr and all the lovely nurses, front desk staff, and management. Everyone is cheering you on. The staff welcomed him with compassion, dignity, and genuine concern for his well-being. Discover Recovery is the best drug treatment center in the Pacific North West hands down!!! I am a family member of an addicted young adult, we live in CA and wanted to get him out of state and somewhere peaceful to recover. Thankfully, Discover Recovery came up when searching rehabs in Washington. Jennifer was incredibly kind and so helpful while addressing all of our questions and concerns before and after he arrived. Discover Recovery provided me with the highest level of care and comfort. The medical assisted withdrawal process was painless. The staff treated me with the utmost kindness and was attentive to my well being. They seem to really care and are very flexible in working with or around any special needs or wants. The food is top notch. There is always a huge variety of food available at all times from healthy options like (salads, fruit, vegan) to snacks from chips to cereal. The breakfasts were amazing; Eggs, bacon, pancakes or waffles every morning. I'm from California, so I really enjoyed seeing the Pacific Northwest. There were plenty of field trips and hikes. After calling many other treatment facilities, we were referred to Discover Recovery by another local treatment facility. I was immediately impressed with how much time and effort Dru the admissions director put into answering all of my questions, and working diligently to get me into treatment as soon as possible. The program was very sound, with several different forms of therapy and education. Mostly group sessions, but also several 1x1 times with your counselor and specific counseling if you have other issues such as anxiety, depression, etc. which I found very helpful. I had to be medically discharged a few days early due to an issue with my hip requiring surgery and the owner was willing to work with me on a pro-rated refund, which was very reasonable. I have been to several treatment centers--but have never been to an all-male facility before. My experience at Discover Recovery was completely different than at typical co-ed facilities. The guys are focused on their recovery--not focused on looking good for the women. Because of this difference in my own recovery experience, I worked harder than ever before at learning the techniques that are helping me sober in my life. The staff works hard at identifying and customizing their program to each individual's specific needs. The staff is extremely dedicated and professional, Almost every staff member is in Recovery. This helps create an environment of caring and understanding. I am grateful to each and every staff member at Discover Recovery---my experience there was life-changing.

This place changed my life. I learned necessary life tools. Also I understand on how to cope and deal with situations/problems in the right matter. The connections between my counselors and staff will always hold a special place in my heart. Countless memories will stick with me from my 30 day stay. I originally went in for alcohol and depression and had the owner calling me daily to check on me in a time when I felt like I had no one else. I highly highly recommend this recovery center. It's truly a A+ experience and I hope anyone going through the similar problems gives this place a try! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me become the best version of myself!

By far the most professional staff I have encountered in my journey of Recovery. From administration to residential technicians, SUD counselors and Nursing, each and every individual who is a part of the Discover Recovery team went above and beyond in fulfilling my needs. The team at Discover Recovery quite literally saved my life. Not only did they help me with my alcoholism, but they helped me tackle my co occurring mental health issues as well.
