Our addiction treatment programs
Medical detox program
Our short-term program provides 24/7 medical monitoring and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as needed to help you through withdrawal symptoms and become mentally and physically stable.
Residential detox program
The same services included in our medical detox program—medical monitoring and appropriate MAT—plus a transition into our residential treatment program. Available at our Camas and Long Beach, WA, locations.
Residential treatment program
A 30- to 90-day addiction treatment program at one of our residential centers. All clients receive personalized treatment, including medication management, evidence-based and holistic therapies, and co-occurring mental health support. Available at our Camas and Long Beach, WA, locations.
Partial hospitalization program (PHP)
Our most intensive level of outpatient treatment. Clients come to therapy at our outpatient center, have their medications managed, and work with our staff most days of the week before returning home or to a sober living house at night. Available at our Portland, OR, location.
Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
A flexible outpatient program that allows most clients enough time for work and/or school. Treatment is delivered at our outpatient center several days a week, and clients return home or to sober living at night. Available at our Portland, OR location.
Sober living program
Safe, comfortable living accommodations for clients who need a place to stay during treatment. No drugs or alcohol are allowed, and clients have access to community resources to help them start moving forward again.
Aftercare program
Our aftercare services continue supporting clients after treatment, providing resources that help them transition back to full independence without drugs or alcohol.
Veterans treatment program
We’re part of the VA Community Care Network and work closely with veterans and their VA providers to provide a specialized addiction treatment program that addresses the unique needs of those who have served our country.
Executive treatment program
Designed for executives, doctors, lawyers, pilots, and other high performers in demanding careers. Clients are able to stay in touch with work at our business center while in treatment.
Getting your life back is as easy as picking up the phone.

Mental health treatment
Mental health conditions and substance use disorders often overlap, making it essential to treat both at the same time. We provide integrated care for those living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges, helping you stabilize emotionally while building a foundation for lasting recovery.Â
Anxiety
Anxiety can drive substance use and make recovery harder. Our clinicians use evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT to help you reduce anxious thoughts, build coping strategies, and regain a sense of calm and control.Â
Depression
Depression and addiction often go hand in hand. We provide targeted support for depressive symptoms through therapy, medication management, and holistic approaches that promote emotional healing.Â
Bipolar disorder
Those with bipolar disorder receive comprehensive care that addresses mood instability alongside substance use. We focus on helping clients regulate emotions, recognize patterns, and stay grounded in recovery.Â
PTSD
Many people turn to substances in response to trauma. We use trauma-informed care and therapies like EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness to help you process painful experiences safely and build resilience.Â
PTSD
Treating personality disorders in the context of addiction requires nuanced, individualized care. Our team uses a blend of therapeutic modalities to support emotional regulation, relationship-building, and long-term recovery.Â
Aftercare and continuing support
Sustained recovery requires ongoing connection and care. We begin aftercare planning early in treatment so that you’ll have the right tools, resources, and relationships in place when formal programming ends. This includes therapy referrals, medication management support, and sober living recommendations based on your needs and goals.Â
Our commitment doesn’t stop at discharge. Through our alumni program, you can stay engaged with your recovery community via check-ins, peer support, and alumni events. Whether you’re transitioning home, returning to work, or continuing outpatient care, we’re here to help you maintain momentum and navigate life after treatment with confidence. Â
